Here are the charities that are in the running: Wallace and Gromit's Grand Appeal for Bristol Children's Hospital and special care baby unit at St Michael's Hospital Bristol. www.grandappeal.org.ukOne in a Million (Sports): Latest Child Poverty figures show over 19,000 children in Bradford are living below the poverty line. One in a Million is committed to improving the lives of these children and young people many of whom are from some of the most deprived areas in the UK. www.oneinamillion.org.uk Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Charitable Fund: Charitable donations make a real difference to our work, benefiting patients and staff alike. Raising extra funds helps to enhance services, facilities and research, from buying incubators for our special care baby unit to refurbishing the relative’s overnight rooms. www.bradfordhospitals.nhs.ukAny others? And of these, what is the preference? One in a Million looks interesting to me because it helps disadvantaged kids in Bradford through sports and arts programs: One in a Million’s community programmes reach children and young people in each of Bradford’s five wards. One in a Million offers easy to access sports and arts programmes for children and young people of all ages. From “grass-roots” football and athletics to arts and media programmes that give Bradford’s young people the chance to reach for the stars and achieve their dreams. Let me know!!!

I'm in favor of the One in a Million charity also. I looked into it and it seems like a great charity to support.

I like the One in a Million charity as well. Though why do you have (sports) in brackets?

that's just how it was listed on just giving - i copied and pasted from there - they focus on providing sports and arts program to underprivileged kids.
I like them too! I'm leaning towards them because they're bradford-based and probably could use the support!

[quietly votes for the one in a million charity]
We want to do something kinda close to home and meaningful, right? That sounds perf to me. If I was famous and I found out people were raising money for my home town I think I'd shed some tears.
